REFUND POLICY

All purchases made through the Exam Countdown mobile application are processed and managed by the Apple App Store.

Apple-Handled Refunds.

Exam Countdown does not process or issue refunds directly. Apple is solely responsible for handling payments, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with its App Store policies.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must request it directly from Apple by:

  • Signing in to your Apple ID

  • Viewing your purchase history

  • Submitting a refund request through Apple’s official process

Approval of refunds is determined entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If Exam Countdown offers subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled via your Apple ID account settings

  • Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription

  • Any unused portion of a subscription period is handled according to Apple’s refund policy
